Iris Luxury Villas is a complex of eight luxurious stone villas with private pools, in a pure and unspoilt area at the north side of Zakynthos Island, offering panoramic views over the Ionian Sea and tranquillity and peace to every visit.

In seeking the perfection for the ideal retreat we went high onto the peak of a private hill in the area of Askos and created the exquisite stone villas built using traditional architectural methods and materials.

The use of carved stone and beautiful wood blends into the natural surroundings with ease and the magnificent views from the villas extend out over the Ionian Sea to Kefalonia and across the whole of the East Coast of Zakynthos.

The combination of the breathtaking views and serene environment will tantalise your senses. Completely isolated and independent, each villa has its own private grounds, private swimming pool and incorporate beautiful decor with all the modern facilities needed for a comfortable stay.

Accommodation

Ground floor

• consists of an open plan dining/living area
• a fully equipped kitchen with: electric cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils;
• the lounge area is comfortably furnished and also has a large double sofa bed sleeping two people; there is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, movies/books collection;
• a separate WC room which has a wash-hand basin and toilet.

Upstairs

• a wooden staircase leads you to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs; the bathroom has a bath with Jacuzzi and shower, hairdryer, wash-hand basin and toilet; the master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, TV, safe deposit box, patio doors and furnished balcony; the second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
