Rental agreement
- AliceBlue Villas will provide a rental contract when booking a property. In the rental contract will be clearly noted:
Name and price for the villa
Period of stay
Number of persons
Check-in and check-out policy
Terms of payment
Cancelation policy

Payment method
- Payment can be made in RON or EURO, in cash or bank transfer after we issue the invoice.

Payment conditions
- 50% deposit of the total value is required upon booking to confirm the reservation.
Rest of the amount is due at least 5 weeks prior to check-in.

Cancellation policy
- Cancellation policy will be given when you require the booking.
Cancellation policy differs from one villa to another.

Services included in the AliceBlue Villas rental price

Prices on our website
- Are for accommodation per villa for 7 nights including certain services specified in the description.

Maid service
- Usually are included in the price. Is noted on each property description the frequency for cleaning.

Capacity of the villa
- The maximum capacity is mentioned in the description for each property and it is set for your own comfort. This cannot be exceeded unless we have the owners’ agreement and with a previous request. The specified number of persons allows us to be 100% sure that the house is prepared for your exact party size. If any details change after you have booked, just give us a call and we will update your details.

Security deposit
- Demanded only by few properties at check-in via a credit/debit card or cash.
In case of any damage or if you exceed the maximum capacity of the villa, it will be deducted from the security deposit.

Protect your party
- With full travel insurance. It’s an extra service that we can provide upon request. We suggest that the travel insurance should include cancellation insurance as well.

Problems during your stay
- It is essential to contact us as soon as a problem occurs. We will not accept complaints made upon your return if you have not allowed Alice Blue Villas or the owner the chance to fix any inconvenience.

The details matter

Bedlinnen and personal towels
- Your property will have sheets, pillowcases, blankets or duvets. Cot linen is not always provided. We recommend you take your own for your baby’s comfort. Exceptions are always noted on each property page. Beds are made up for your arrival. If you would like linen to be changed mid stay please let us know. (Some properties provide an extra set for you to change as you wish).

Garden and pool maintenance
- Is included and frequently done early in the morning not to disturb you.

Water, gas and electricity
- Is normally included from June to September. Supplements may apply outside these dates.

Pools
- Are normally open June - September. Water temperatures can be variable depending on the outside temperature. Pool heating is always an extra charge (where applicable).

Telephone
- This service is extra charged (where is available).

Distances
- Are mainly given in meters/ kilometers / minutes to the nearest local villages, towns and other places of interest.

Satellite television
- Is available in most properties. The channel grid may vary depending on the local providers.

Barbecue area
- Is available in most properties; there may be restrictions on their use during the summer months due to local fire restrictions. Please do not change the barbecue’s location for your own safety and for the environment.

Baby cots & high chairs
- Are available on request. It is essential to know the age of your child to ensure the cot size is appropriate.

Check-in/ Check-out
- Check in - after 15.00, local time. For early or late check-in please contact us. These services can be provided according to the policy of each villa, in some cases for an additional cost.
Check out - until 10.00 – 11.00 am. For late check-out please specify when booking. It can be provided (where available) in some cases for an additional cost.

Minimazing the use of water
- Due to water shortages in most islands and in an effort to save water, towels will be changed twice a week and sheets only once(unless mentioned otherwise)
Minimize the use of water and energy. Conserving water & energy is a priority and a global concern that’s why we ask you to turn off lights, fans, air-conditioners, electrical and electronic equipment unless really needed! Water is extremely scarce in a lot of islands, please use it responsibly. Many locations rely on cisterns that have to be refilled regularly.

Linen and towels
- Linen provided is for in house use only and NOT to be taken to beach or pool. Many properties offer complementary beach/pool towels.

Supporting personnel
- Supporting personnel (maid, gardner, pool-jacuzzi maintenance people) will enter the property at pre-agreed times established with the owner at your arrival.

Pets policy
- Depending on policy of each house, pets are allowed only with prior consent and approval of the owners.

Check-out: cleaning of the villa, damages
- Properties are expected to be handed over tidy and clean. An extra cleaning fee may be subtracted from the security deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or a mess.
It is not allowed to change the setting or inside/ outside decorations of the houses (including furniture placement)
The renter(s) is/are liable for :
- any damage or for the removal /destruction of items on and around the properties.
- house safety and integrity.
